5 Essentials To Help You Succeed In 75 Hard

75 Hard is no walk in the park… unless walking in the park is one of your 2 45 min exercises…

Gallon Or Half Gallon Water Bottle

75 Hard requires you to drink one full gallon of water per day. This:

  • Manages hydration for such a hard program
  • Forces you to plan your intake
  • Replaces unhealthy drinks

Several people have complained that it’s too hard to keep track of their intake. Thankfully, getting one of these water bottles will make that a lot easier.

Just drink a single Gallon Sized Bottle or two 1/2 Gallon Sized Bottles and you’re done.

Get this 1 Gallon Water Bottle on Amazon and make tracking your water intake a breeze.

Good Non-Fiction Books

Finding good books that can apply to whatever your goals are can be difficult.

Thankfully, we’ve put a few reviews on this blog so you can find some to get started with.

Visit our “Book Reviews” page for a list of books we’ve read and found helpful.

Weights

Not everyone has time to go to the gym every day. It’s very helpful to have some weights at the house for those nights you just need to stay in.

A set of adjustable weights on a barbell is perfect for at home workouts.

Good Athletic Shoes

Especially if you plan on walking or running for one of your workouts. 75 days is a long time for your feet to hurt.

I love my Brooks more than On Cloud or HOKA. Worth every penny if you love your feet.

Protein

The rule of thumb is 1g of protein per pound of your ideal body weight. That’s a lot of protein to eat every day.

You’re going to need to supplement. Why not do it in a way that tastes great?

And So Much More

There’s so many great things that could help you succeed. But these are some of the most important to get you started.

One more suggestion I have for you is my book. A book that will tell you how I died, spent a month in a coma and was labeled “Hopeless”.

A book to tell the story of how my wife stood alone against the doctors and family, refusing to let me go… and how I woke up to see her face after 24 days of coma and dying 3 times.

And you can read my entire story and support my recovery right here.
