It’s like an unwritten rule that keto foods have to taste like garbage. This one tastes like dessert and helps you burn fat.
The Recipe

- Coffee of your choice (I use decaf)
- Heavy Whipping Cream (instead of milk or creamer)
- 1/5 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp of MCT oil
- Swerve (sweetener)
- 1 scoop Whey Protein (Chocolate)
- 1 scoop creatine powder
This is for my giant mug that probably holds 2 to 2.5 cups of coffee. Add all the ingredients, pour hot coffee over, stir until mixed/melted, enjoy.

Heavy Whipping Cream
- Milk and cream are full of carbs and sugar
- Heavy whipping cream is not
- It makes a creamy, delicious coffee
Butter
- Contrary to popular belief, butter is a healthy fat
- It can give energy while in ketosis
- Makes a delicious buttery after taste
MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides)
- Healthy fat
- Boosts Energy
- Increases mental focus
- Supports fat loss
- Supports gut health
- No taste
Swerve
- Twice as sweet as sugar (careful)
- Doesn’t spike blood sugar
- Doesn’t cause insulin reaction
- Some studies have shown it reduces blood sugar reactions
Whey Protein
- Maintains muscle while burning fat in ketosis
- Adds a great chocolate taste
Creatine
- Great for muscle recovery
